Walker and Williams, P.C., was established in the 1930’s in East St. Louis before moving to Belleville in 1969. The firm was incorporated as an Illinois Professional Corporation in 1970. Its insurance defense practice includes personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, class action defense, first and third-party cases, coverage issues, automobile, premises and products liability, insurance fraud, environmental law and federal and state civil rights law and government liability. A large part of our practice involves defense of asbestos claims.

The firm maintains its office in Belleville, Illinois. Services provided by the firm include insurance and corporate defense throughout Southern Illinois south of Springfield, and in the St. Louis, Missouri, area. Our attorneys actively practice in the federal and state courts throughout the region.
